I personalize every session I teach. The fun of working with individuals is that everyone is different, moves in different ways, understands differently, and has different recipes that will address their individual system to help them grow.
In my sessions, I draw from multiple training disciples and physical forms to best meet my client in that particular moment, and give them an experience that will expand their living body experience and perspective. My sessions enhance self- awareness, yield gratifying and coherent function in movement, and generate an embodied state of being.

Thai bodywork is performed on a soft floor mat. Clients are clothed in loose, comfortable attire suitable for the deep stretching that will be part of the session. The combination of rocking and rhythmic motion, tai chi, compression, assisted stretching, and focused awareness during a Thai bodywork session creates what looks like a slow, flowing dance between practitioner and client. Practitioners use their hands, feet, knees, elbows, and legs to facilitate the process, pillows and bolsters may also be used for better client support.
Experts say there is an interesting dichotomy that exists within Thai bodywork, as it both relaxes and rejuvenates. After a session, some Thai bodywork clients report feeling awakened and energized, while simultaneously feeling deeply grounded and at peace.

The MELT Method® (MELT) is a self-treatment technique that helps people get out and stay out of chronic pain in just ten minutes a day. By learning how to MELT, you can learn to actively partake in decreasing stuck stress in your living tissues so it doesn't accumulate and cause symptoms that zap your vitality and energy. With MELT, you can learn to assess your body's stability system before your body produces pain signals to alert you something is wrong.
MELT was developed by manual therapist Sue Hitzmann as homework for her clients to empower them to actively partake in their healing regimen. MELT saves clients time and money, and empowers to be your own bodyworker, to help you maintain a healthy, pain-free, active lifestyle.
MELT brings your body back to a more ideal state by directly enhancing body awareness, rehydrating connective tissue, and decreasing stuck stress that accumulates from daily living. The first time you MELT, you can see and feel a difference – and over time, you can transform how your body looks and feels.
Every year I open 4 spots for immersion training. In immersion, you study and practice multiple hours a day, multiple days a week, over the course of 1-3 weeks privately or in small groups. This level of engagement boosts your practice, burgeons growth and transformations across multiple aspects of self and ways of living, and enhances understanding of complex anatomy, structure, and motion. Many Immersion Trainees observe changes in emotion, mood, mental attention, self-knowledge, and the shape and feel of their body.
Immersion invites a deeper exploration. And engages underlying questions and principles that govern your practice and essentially govern how you behave in your body.
